Due to the current circumstances in our country regarding COVID-19 and social distancing, we are not offering classes in the studio. However, we have an abundant schedule of online classes for you to choose from, as well as video classes, all FREE. Please refer to the Home page for the schedule and ZOOM links.
This class is for the intermediate dancer who is looking to improve their strength and understanding of classical technique. Each week class will feature a ballet barre that targets a particular grouping of movements.
Week 1: Adage, Week 2: Pirouettes, Week 3: Petite Allegro, Week 4: Grand Allegro (in the occasional case of a Week 5, it will be a Wild Card class). Each class will target the muscles and movements required for that week’s classical ballet component. A very focused hour with the intent of building the correct muscles for ballet, while also enjoying the grace and fluidity of the art form.
This class only offers a ballet barre, no center work.
BEGINNING-INTERMEDIATE ADULT BALLET
THIS CLASS IS OFFERED THROUGH TDC, AND PAYMENT FOR CLASS MUST BE MADE AT THE FRONT DESK
This Beginning-Intermediate Adult Ballet Class is perfect for the adult who has taken beginner ballet and is ready for the next level, or for the seasoned dancer interested in revisiting technique.

PRIVATE SESSIONS: BALLET, PILATES, REFORMER, AND PERSONAL TRAINING
$50 an hour
I offer private ballet and Pilates reformer sessions, as well as coaching for performance or audition preparation. I am open to discussing package deals with clients on an individual basis. :)
“[PILATES] was conceived to limber and stretch muscles and ligaments so that your body will be as supple as a cat and not muscular like that of the body of a brewery-truck horse . . .” (Jospeh Pilates). I offer a traditional Pilates mat class that honors the sequence of exercises created by Joseph Pilates.
This class is formatted in the traditional sense. We will begin with barre and then move to the center exercises (tendu, adagio, pirouettes, petite, medium, and grand allegro, etc.).
Engage nearly every muscle in your body developing the sublime lines of ballet, while also learning a little French, feeling graceful, and enjoying Classical music. This is an open-level class, but does lean more towards the intermediate level.
An hour and a half class.
