This complimentary relationship allows the psoas muscle group to lift the thigh into retire without lifting the hip. Exercises based on Bartenieff Fundamentals will be used to facilitate the heel-sit bones connection imperative to many dance steps. To the extent time allows we will explore dynamic connections of the limbs through the core and parameters affecting flexibility.
