For the past week I have been experiencing an excited energy. That energy you feel when you are waiting in the wings, waiting for the moment to leap onto the stage and give it your all. Well, the time has come ... the wait is over ... our studio is open again! Let's leap!

We can return to our sacred space, we can return to our habit of stretching and flexing, we can return to our expressions of grace, and we can return to our special community of friends who all share a passion for movement.

I declare the year of 2018 a year of joyful movement. Let’s leap onto that proverbial stage of life. The music is loud, the people are waiting, and our beautiful souls are excited to express themselves through our magnificent bodies
